Next to the long stay car park in Portree is an Indian restaurant - The Prince of India. The signs outside are unsophisticated, as is its own website. Don't be put off by either.

Once inside, you will find that the service and the food are each of a very high standard. The Prince is a good deal better than many well thought of Indian restaurants elsewhere in the UK.

Two things worth noting: It isn't cheap, and they don't accept credit, or debit, cards.
