The Isle of Skye Baking Company is a small local operation producing a range of great quality breads, shortbreads, oatcakes, biscuits and cakes. Their products are all a just bit different - and a bit special.
Their bakery, shop and cafe are located in the old Portree Wool Mill, up a lane on the left as you head out of Portree on the Dunvegan/Uig road.
You won’t find the prices cheap, but everything is made by hand, using good raw ingredients – many of those from Skye itself.
